This Privacy Policy explains how Fello AI collects, uses, and protects information when you use our app. We take your privacy seriously and aim to be transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: If you create an account, we store your email address and subscription status via Apple's systems.
• Usage data: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g. which features are used) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you individually.
• Crash reports: If the app crashes, anonymised diagnostic data may be sent to help us fix bugs.

We do not store your conversations, prompts, or AI-generated outputs on our servers.

2. Third-Party AI Providers

When you use Fello AI, your messages and uploaded files are transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, Perplexity, Mistral) to generate responses. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We recommend reviewing their policies:

3. Subscriptions and Payments

All subscription payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment transactions.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your conversation history is stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud if you have iCloud enabled. We do not have access to your iCloud data. We implement reasonable security measures to protect any information we do hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

Fello AI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at felloai@icloud.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Fello AI app does not use tracking cookies. Our website (felloai.com) may use standard analytics tools to understand traffic patterns. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email if we have your contact details. Continued use of Fello AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
